What exactly do members get?
Your member number is your permanent rank in the Seats Forever system. Founding members (the first 500) get first access to seat opportunities at Lucas Oil Stadium, first look at new perks and partner offers, and a founding status designation that's visible forever. The lower your number, the higher your priority — permanently.
Why do you need my phone number?
Because one real fan should equal one real spot. Phone verification is how we enforce that. It's the same reason a concert venue checks your ID. Your position has value precisely because we keep the roster real. Without phone verification, bots and scalpers flood the list and your spot means nothing.
Is it really free?
Yes. The founding membership costs nothing. It will always cost nothing. There are no upsells buried in the confirmation email, no "premium tier" you need to unlock the real benefits. The founding tier is free because we want the best fans in the founding seats, not just the ones willing to pay right now.
Can I sign up for multiple stadiums?
One membership per sport. You can hold a spot at Lucas Oil Stadium (NFL) and a college football stadium — those are different sports, so both are allowed. What you can't do is hold two NFL spots. The rule exists so every NFL membership is actually wanted by the person holding it.
What happens when all the spots fill up?
The founding tier closes permanently. We're capped at 67,000 members for Lucas Oil Stadium — that's the stadium's seating capacity. Once it fills, there's no waitlist, no reopening, no exceptions. The people inside stay inside. Everyone else missed it.
How does seniority actually work in practice?
When a seat opportunity becomes available, we notify members in order of their member number. Member #1 hears before Member #100. Member #100 hears before Member #10,000.
