Seats Forever ("we") is an independent reader-funded program operated by Rusty Roof Media. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, licensed by, or otherwise connected to any sports team, league, conference, athletic association, venue operator, stadium owner, or rights-holder.

We refer to venues by their geographic location and sport (for example, "Pro football venue in Atlanta, GA") rather than by trademarked stadium, team, or league names. Where third-party names appear on this site, they are used only nominatively, for the limited purpose of identifying the location of an event we are buying tickets to on the open secondary or primary market.

All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and symbols of teams, leagues, conferences, and venues are the property of their respective owners. No use on this site implies any sponsorship, endorsement, or commercial partnership.

Tickets distributed by Seats Forever are purchased on the open market at face value or via licensed secondary marketplaces. We do not represent that we have any direct relationship with the venue or rights-holder for any specific event.
